For all our leading brands in the Nordics region and as a member of the Marketing & Creative Team based in Stockholm, we are recruiting a Creative Producer.
Working within the Creative team, the main responsibilities include generating script ideas for weekly on air promos and other assets and versioning of existing and international material for all VIMN Nordic channels. Excellent scripting and editing skills are required.
This position sits within the Creative team, which provides promotions, packaging, design and branding for all VIMN Nordic channels, mainly with foucs on Nickelodeon, as well as versioning international promo and asset initiatives.
The Creative Producer will be involved in the cutting of on air weekly promos, digital and socialassets and promotional campaigns. You will be expected to regularly script and edit for a wide variety of stunts and shows, which appear across the network.
You must be able to work as a team player working collaboratively on projects with department colleagues, freelancers and external parties.
A good knowledge of the broadcast TV and post-production environment.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast moving and creative department.
A solid knowledge of the VIMN brands and an understanding of channel schedules are required to create fresh and innovative promo ideas.
Excellent script writing skills and a good understanding of post production workflow, audio, VO and graphics are required.
Keeping up to date with all creative technology is essential.
An understanding of digital platforms and social media is also crucial, as the Creative Producer will be involved in producing assets for these platforms as well.
To be responsible for versioning International promo material to VIMN Nordic channel specification.
To be able to script and produce promos.
To be able to self edit these promos on Adobe Premiere.
To be confident directing voiceovers and overseeing audio mixing
To be responsible for versioning and/or producing assets for digital and social media.
To contribute a strong creative style that will enhance the brand On Air.
Develop a very good knowledge of the VIMN channel brands and an excellent understanding of their schedules in order to come up with ideas for promoting it that are fresh and unexpected.
To work to agreed budgets.
To work to tight deadlines and under pressure to deliver consistently strong promotional ideas.
To work with senior team members on wider projects.
Develop new ideas to drive social media participation across all MTV media – on-air, digital, mobile, News.
Work closely with the MTV.co.uk team, ensure synergy of content strategy on all campaigns
Role – Specific skills/Attributes:
To be proficient at Adobe Premiere (or at least an experienced editor with some experience on Adobe Premiere or willingness to learn it).
To have an understanding of 3D/2D animation and graphic design.
To be competent at supervising online/offline edits.
Experience gained within a production/on air environment.
A good understanding of the TV and post production environment.
Good script writing skills and a knowledge of post production, audio, VO and graphics are required.
Knowledge of MAC and PC software.
Excellent problem solving and the ability to work under considerable pressure in a very creative department.
Up to date knowledge of compliance regulations is required.
Ability to work with a creative team and to interact in a friendly and professional way with other departments and outside clients will also be essential.
Good team worker, responsible and creative approach to problem solving.
Must be able to demonstrate up to date music, entertainment and popular culture knowledge and enthusiasm.
Creativity – the ability to come up with interesting ideas that adhere to the MTV brand values.
