Online Project Manager, Oriflame Cosmetics

The Position

As Online Project Manager you will be responsible for producing and implementing digital product promotion concepts as well as other brand engaging activities that drive sales and recruitment. In the production phase you will work closely with the global and regional marketing teams and during implementation together with regional online management ensure that successful initiatives are measured and deployed throughout the region. You will also be leading various initiatives in the public facing part of Oriflame’s website, as well as in Social Media to boost sales. Your area of responsibility will focus on improving the product presentation and promotion, enhancing Oriflame’s brand presence, and the general experience online.

As a project manager you will be responsible for managing designers, developers and copy resources in the various projects as well as external stakeholders. You are responsible for agreeing deliverables, project communication, follow up on deliverables and deadlines, book resources, setup KPIs, monitor the success of the project, as well as being the key responsible for the success of project delivery.
As part of the online organization you should also have a genuine interest to stay updated on the latest value-adding trends in internet communication and e-commerce in order to make sure that Oriflame offers a leading online service to its sales force and site visitors also in the future, on all digital platforms that demonstrate a proven need.

For larger central initiatives you will also play a key role, as an important speaking partner to the regional online teams on questions regarding usability
and business needs, both in the design phase and during implementation.

Responsibilities

Act as the project manger for Product Promotion activities as agreed with the global marketing team, including scheduling meetings; agreeing deliverables and success factors (KPIs); booking design, development and copy resources; coordinating and following up on team efforts; implementing campaigns in our global site and other digital platforms as well as analyze and following up on campaign results.

Manage various projects on the public facing part of the website, including leading the design teams in concept creation as well as the development effort, testing and rollout of functionality.

Act upon initiatives that are driving traffic to the sites, increasing our Sales Force through online marketing initiatives, in close collaboration with Management functions in both Sales, Marketing and the central Online function.

Coordination with IT teams when needed.

Coordinate with the CDC (Catalogue Development Centre) to obtain the visual and verbal communication for regional design initiatives.

Maintain the Digital Presence project plan and activation matrix on a monthly basis.

Understand the sales force’s needs and everyday situation to improve marketing, and toolkits for them.

Keep up to date on marketing and social media trends related to consumer goods promotion.

Build and maintain a structured and clear communication with the marketing function.

Your qualifications:

University degree in the field of Business, Marketing or Technology

Strong Project Management capabilities and a proven track record

Prior experience of one or several areas within Digital Marketing

Strong interest and understanding of digital utilization in a result-driven environment

Fluency in English - spoken and written

Experience of communicating, presenting and reporting to management

International experience

Strong communication skills

Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
